Five years in, Fintech Recruits has grown into Luxembourg's biggest recruitment and networking event at the intersection of finance and technology. The 2026 edition brings together 5,000 attendees and 120 recruiters at LuxExpo The Box for a full day of career opportunities, live fintech challenges, industry insights and meaningful connections across fintech, AI, data, blockchain and digital transformation.
The day opens at 10:00 with the recruitment fair, where banks, fintechs, consultancies and tech companies set up in one place to meet students, recent graduates, PhDs and career changers. A Fintech Campus Showcase runs at 11:00, headline speeches take the stage at 13:00, and company pitches run throughout the day. The fair closes at 19:00.
Past speakers have included the Minister of Finance, the Secretary General of Luxembourg for Finance, the General Manager of NATO-NSPA and senior executives from ALFI, ABBL and 42 Luxembourg. Past recruiters range from BCEE, ING and Société Générale to Clearstream, KPMG, Deloitte and a long list of Luxembourg fintech startups.
