Run by the Luxembourg government, the Biergerpakt is a program built around one simple idea: getting to know Luxembourg is better done together. It's designed to help people connect across cultures and build a real sense of belonging, whether you've just arrived or have been here for years.
Throughout the year, the Biergerpakt organizes a wide range of activities open to anyone who wants to take part: guided tours of cities, castles, and landmarks; language cafés where you can practice Luxembourgish, French, or other languages in a relaxed setting; workshops and creative gatherings; online info sessions on practical topics; and courses that dig into the country's history, institutions, and way of life. It's as much about discovering Luxembourg's culture, values, and associative fabric as it is about meeting people and building connections along the way.
The program is open to any adult residing or working in Luxembourg, and participation is entirely free and voluntary. There's no obligation, just an invitation to get involved at your own pace. New activities are added regularly, so there's always something new to explore.
