Before Luxembourg Venture Days gets serious, the startup crowd gets a drink. The ScaleUp Apéro is the official warm up to the country's big venture week, and this edition puts Pierre V. Pereira da Silva in the hot seat. The founder and CEO of Foozo was recently elected President of Pulse, the association representing Luxembourg's startups and scaleups, which makes him the person to ask where the ecosystem is heading and what it still needs to get there. Judith Schleder of Silicon Luxembourg leads the fireside chat.

Spuerkeess opens its doors for the evening, with Paolo Vinciarelli, who heads the bank's Corporate Banking and Public Sector department, kicking things off at 18:30. The conversation starts at 18:40, followed at 19:30 by a Q&A and an open mic where founders brave enough can pitch to the room. From 19:45 it is food, drinks and the kind of networking that tends to matter more the week before a venture event than during it.

Organised by Silicon Luxembourg together with Startup Luxembourg and Skillbourg. Founders, investors and anyone curious about Luxembourg's growth stage scene will feel at home.
